We withdraw, with own means, textile waste of elastomer + nylon coming from stocking factories, webbings, spinnings, textile laboratories. Initially the material comes subdivided based on its type. Successively the elastomer textile waste, already selected, it comes packed with hydraulic press. Bales (MPS) come thus stocking in warehouse ready for the sale.
WHAT IS ELASTOMER?
An elastomer is a polymer with the property of elasticity. The term, which is derived from elastic polymer, is often used interchangeably with the term rubber, although the latter is preferred when referring to vulcanisates. Each of the monomers which link to form the polymer is usually made of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and/or silicon. Elastomers are amorphous polymers existing above their glass transition temperature, so that considerable segmental motion is possible. At ambient temperatures rubbers are thus relatively soft (E~3MPa) and deformable. Their primary uses are for seals, adhesives and molded flexible parts. The elastomer texile which contains nylon fibers, are usually used by textile industries for made apparel.
